Candles

You can’t help but smell the wonderful aroma of candles when you enter Olde Homestead. It makes you feel right at home. We have a large selection of everyday and seasonal candles. They are mingled throughout our store. We also have one room filled with candles and candle accessories.

Swan Creek Candle Co. candles and their wonderful drizzle melts are our most popular candles. They are 100% American Soybean Wax. Clean burning, lead free, and intensely fragrant. Their scents are amazing! We have them in jars, pottery, and tin.

A Cheerful Giver/Keeps of the Light is another popular candle which is also made in the USA. We have a variety of scents, decorative jars, melts, votives, and tealights.

Our Olde Homestead buttered maple syrup jar candle smells yummy and makes a wonderful gift.

The unique Habersham vessels (bowls) and pillars are so beautiful and the scents are great. The bowls last forever. If your bowl starts to lose its scent, just apply warm air (use a hair dryer) to the bottom of the bowl and it will release more of the fragrance.

If you’re looking for more of a country feel, we have grubby candles in all shapes, sizes, & scents. We have pillars, votives, battery, electric, and floating.

We also have room sprays, oils, air fresheners, and diffusers.

Another one of our best sellers are battery timer tapers, pillars, and tealights. What a wonderful invention! Most of our timer candles are 6 hours timer. Some offer both 4 hour and 8 hour timers.

We even have spice and other timer candles from the famous “Kings” in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. You don’t have to travel to Lancaster, you can get them right here. We’ve had customers tell us our timer candles are also a lifesaver when they lose power and the lights go out. They also make a great night light.
